The Flight Expert Pro Membership Refund Policy
At The Flight Expert, we are committed to your satisfaction. This Refund Policy applies exclusively to our Flight Expert Pro Membership.
7-day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you cancel your Pro Membership within the first seven (7) days of your initial purchase, we’ll provide a full refund of the amount you paid.
Eligibility for Pro-rated Refunds
You may be eligible for a pro-rated refund of your Flight Expert Pro Membership fee if you cancel your subscription after the initial 7-day satisfaction guarantee period and before the end of your current paid billing cycle.
- Initial 7-Day Guarantee: If you cancel your Flight Expert Pro Membership within the first seven (7) days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations After 7 Days: For cancellations made after the initial 7-day guarantee period, but less than forty-five (45) days after the initial purchase, a pro-rated refund will be issued for the unused portion of your current annual billing cycle. Cancellations made more than 45 days after purchase are not eligible for a refund.

- The reason for your cancellation/refund request.
- Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been received.
Refund Processing
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days from the date of approval. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
- Membership Termination: Upon processing your refund, your Flight Expert Pro Membership access will be terminated, and you will no longer receive Pro-exclusive benefits or daily deal alerts.
Non-Refundable Items/Situations
- This policy applies only to the Flight Expert Pro Membership fee. Free memberships do not incur charges and are not subject to refunds.
- Refunds are not applicable for any services or products not directly offered as part of the Flight Expert Pro Membership.
