Avis Rent-A-Car offers discounts, free rental days, billing and payment options, and other perks to small businesses, corporations, and non-profit organizations or institutions through its Avis Corporate Rewards program. Nearly every type of business or non-profit organization is eligible.
Membership in the Avis corporate discount program is free and includes discounts up to 30% on car rental via your exclusive AWD number. In addition, your company will receive targeted, members-only offers tailored to your business and rental needs. You also get free membership in the Avis Preferred loyalty program, which will save you and your employees and colleagues from waiting in line at many Avis locations.

Your Avis corporate discount program account will be assigned a dedicated team of agents. Some of the services they provide include assistance with billing options, reservations, and account management via email, phone, or live chat. Informational webinars can help answer your employees questions and address their car rental concerns.
The details:
- Avis will assign your business or organization a unique identifying code known as an AWD number. This number will provide a discount of up to 30%, depending on rental dates, location, vehicle type desired, etc. If a lower rate is available, you can choose that rate instead. AWD numbers can be combined (“stacked”) with many coupon codes for greater discounts.
- For every fifteen rental days, you’ll earn one free rental reward day.
- With the Avis Preferred membership, skip the lines and go straight to the car at many locations. You can also manage traveler profiles and preferences, and use the Avis Select & Go service.
- Billing options: pay at time of rental or open an account with Avis Express billing to have all rentals billed to a single business credit card.
