Irregular operations

Irregular operations occur when a flight does not operate as planned, is delayed or canceled, or has a change of equipment so that not all passengers can be accommodated.

For flights that connect or originate in the US and other flights on US airlines, passengers may be eligible for compensation if the irregular operations result in a delay longer than 90 minutes.
